Waylon has over 8 years of IT experience, 9 years of management experience, and 12 years of sales experience in a variety of industries. At Volta, Waylon served on the Sales Enablement Team providing marketing support, and inside sales functions to Volta’s account managers.
Recently, he transitioned to the Volta Services Team. As a Field Engineer, Waylon utilizes VPN, IBM Integrated Management Modules, and system directory tools to remotely monitor thousands of Volta installed UPS devices and servers across Kentucky. When hardware failures are detected, he coordinates with clients to provide onsite support to minimize downtown and repair devices. Waylon has successfully installed and repaired hundreds of devices across the state.
