Rich comes to Volta after 35 years with IBM, CDW, and Dell. He has been successful in delivering technology solutions to solve customer problems throughout his career. He’s passionate about spending time with customers in order to fully understand the challenges they face. By taking the time to understand their points of pain, he’s able to help them uncover the best solutions to solve those challenges. He has a wide breadth of knowledge on IT solutions ranging from traditional hardware to software to managed services.

Rich and his wife Tarrie have raised 6 children, who are now between the ages of 18 to 29. They also have 3 grandchildren. Rich spends his free time with his kids, grandkids, playing golf, and attending UK football and basketball games.
