Marshall has been working in an IBM business development capacity for over 15 years. In the time since he began working at Volta, he consistently delivered over 50% annual sales growth per year. Marshall puts great emphasis on the importance of developing long term client relationships and he enjoys the competitive nature of the technology business and working closely with his partners.
When he began at Volta (then DMD) in 2003, it was a fledgling company, and he has been a primary driver of its rapid growth. In 2016 Dave Sevigny, the founder and former President of Volta, decided to step down and become the COO. Marshall assumed the position as President of the company. He plans to oversee the development of Volta as the premiere provider of technical managed services in Kentucky and the mid-Atlantic region.
Once a professional golfer, Marshall still very much enjoys the sport. He coaches youth athletics and finds pleasure in reading good books; history is among his favorite subjects.
What do you look forward to with the future of technology? Not having to drive a car around!!
