Chris has over 4 years of IT experience, and 22 years of both departmental and people management experience. While working as a Field Engineer at Volta, Chris installed hundreds of UPS devices across the state of Kentucky to protect state-owned equipment. Chris routinely performs maintenance on servers for several school districts and utilizes VPN, IBM Integrated Management Modules, and system directory tools to remotely monitor thousands of Volta-installed UPS’s and servers across Kentucky. He has helped map WiFi systems through the installation of multiple access points, and network capable PDUs, as well as installing rack tampering alert systems and camera systems. Chris is part of a very versatile team consisting of several engineers at various levels of IT. Whenever there is an issue with any of the equipment Volta is servicing or environments they are monitoring, Chris coordinates closely with the team to ensure the most effective and prompt response to the issue is commenced to minimize customer downtime.
