Matt has over 14 years of experience in the information technology industry, including seven years with IBM. Following the beginning of his career in information technology, Mathew swiftly became lead on many high-profile contracts. He enjoyed the competitive nature of the technology field as well as his numerous opportunities to mentor others to move the field forward. In 2013, Mathew joined the Volta team to expand his efforts to develop the best technology solutions that provide business value for current and future Volta clients. Most recently, Matt was promoted to the Director of Services at Volta where he manages the technical and support staff and provides leadership to the services departments. This position requires close cooperation and coordination with the sales staff to create services offerings, presenting these offerings to customers, and to ensure the overall services profitability.
What advice would you give a candidate who wants to join our team? The pace of change within the technology sector is at an all time high. When joining a sales driven company you will be expected to keep up with latest offerings and innovations. This can be very demanding as well as rewarding. Would you able to rise to those challenges?
